Ordering on-line is often the only option for those looking for a particular style of hat. Local hat shops are few and far between and department stores are limited on styles. The only drawback to ordering on-line is the inability to try on different sizes and styles. Thanks to high-resolution images, product details and a helpful size-chart, most hats fit and look as expected.

In the event that a hat does not meet your expectations, it may be exchanged for another hat or refunded. Here is what you need to know about the exchange or return process::

Due to the high cost of shipping, no returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders. All international orders are considered final with no exceptions.

Orders by companies or persons that are of multiple hats of the same style may return hats that are new with tags and clearly unworn, but these orders do not qualify for a prepaid return label. This includes hats that were previously exchanged once already.

 Communication: Notify us by e-mail or call toll free: 1-855-838-2233 if you would like to make an exchange or return. All exchanges/returns will be handled personally and professionally by a human being (no call centers). You are encouraged to e-mail/call with any questions at any time in the process.

Condition: Hats must be exchanged within 20 days of the delivery date. Hats must have all of the original tags still attached and show no signs of wear. The hat must be in NEW condition – ABSOLUTELY NO sweat stains, grease, hair, smoke smell, or other contaminants are allowed.

Exchange Charges/Credits: If the item you’re exchanging for costs more than the original item, a payment request will be sent. If the item costs less then a refund for the difference will be issued through PayPal.

Shipping Charges: You only pay shipping for your hat once. Please note the following regarding shipping charges.

  • Original shipping –Shipping charges from your original order will not be refunded in the event of a return or exchange.
  • Return shipping – We will e-mail a printable shipping label for your return that will cover the cost of the hat to be returned in the original packaging.(see exception above)
  • Exchange Shipping -Shipping is not charged on refunds or exchanges as a general rule, however, if an exchange is made for an over-sized item, a shipping charge may apply. Customers will be notified if this exception applies during the exchange process.

Package Pickup: All shipping labels are for the United States Post Office. You may drop of your package at any post office or simply leave it for the mail carrier to pickup. **Only leave packages if you have a secure place for it to wait for the mail carrier where it will not be stolen!**

Refunds: Refunds are issued the same day the returned item is received, assuming the item is in the condition described above

Exchanges: Exchanges are resent the same day the item is returned as long as it is in the condition described above. Alternately, if immediate shipment of the exchanged item is desired a new order may be placed. This order will then be credited upon receipt of the original item being returned.
